Meet Roxanne Grey. MBA FAMI CPMRoxanne loves a half-strength long black (with 1 sugar, please). She is passionate about people achieving extraordinary things in business.
As a Certified Practising Marketer and Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute, Roxanne isn’t afraid to say no. In fact, she often does. Roxanne believes there are enough ‘yes’ people already, instead pushing her clients out of their comfort zones to achieve their full potential. A die-hard collaborator, Roxanne knows people do business with people. She’ll often say social media is more about psychology than technology. She also believes the power of gratitude shouldn’t be underestimated. |
Meet Rod Grey.Rod is thrilled when he can support clients to breathe life into their visual concepts, either on site or online.
As a qualified signwriter and experienced graphic designer, Rod gets a kick out of seeing art and science collide in all aspects of visual marketing - from complex web design to vehicle wraps. When asked, Rod reckons he’s lucky to have a great creative and trade team behind him to deliver projects on time and on budget. A cricket tragic and proud father, he can usually be found at a local cricket oval with the kids when not at his work bench. |
Meet Finn Buckle.Finn is Grey and Grey’s resident producer, managing all aspects of film making and photography for our clients.
An accomplished producer, Finn has honed his art of storytelling on behalf of individuals, companies, brands, products, school groups and causes over many years. He genuinely loves bringing peoples’ unique stories to life on screen. Finn has worked with clients across Australia and internationally. When not conjuring visual magic, Finn loves a cappuccino, cheering on the Reds and hitting the trails on his mountain bike. |
Meet Amanda Harbrow.Amanda is Grey and Grey’s visual designer, or as she puts it, our ‘pixel pusher!’. With a love of all things visual, Amanda pushes creative boundaries for our clients on a daily basis.
She holds a Bachelor of Graphic Design from Griffith University Queensland College of Art along with plenty of experience as an in-house designer and freelancer. When Amanda takes time out from being wildly imaginative for our clients, she can be found sipping on an almond milk latte, tracking down the latest food truck or regaling us with fluent Mandarin. |
Meet Leah Walker.Leah is the glue that holds the office, studio and workshop together.
As personal assistant to Roxanne, and receptionist for Grey and Grey, Leah is kept busy with the commercial aspects of the business. Leah is completing a business traineeship as part of her professional development. When she’s not keeping the team organised, she can be found keeping fit at a local gym or dancing! |
Meet Lachlan Marshall. It takes a true master to become a CNC routing machine ‘whisperer’, but our trusty signwriting apprentice Lachy has achieved just that. Lachy works with clients to deliver high impact, custom signwriting solutions that include illuminated signs, full colour graphics, frosting, 3D lettering and painted works of art.
When not whispering to the CNC machine, Lachy can be found defending a wicket at many of Brisbane’s cricket grounds, watching cricket on television or talking about cricket. And yes, Lachy is Rod and Roxanne’s son! |
Meet Josh Brown. If you ask Josh, the best thing about being a signwriting apprentice is learning something new everyday. At Grey and Grey, Josh takes the lead on the UV large format printer, producing eye-catching graphics and signs for events, buildings and vehicles across Queensland.
Along with sharpening his skills in traditional signwriting, Josh is keen on mastering the computerised aspects of the industry. Josh can also be found at a cricket ground when not at the workshop. We know - there is a bit of theme here! |
