Strategic planning session.We held a strategic planning session to clearly identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. During this project, we assisted Jill to re-craft the language of her offering. The project included an action plan for Jill to manage implementation.

I highly recommend Grey and Grey as a marketing business. My contact with them has been through Roxanne's work establishing a marketing plan for my small business and then teaching me many of the activities that I could undertake to promote my business. I have learnt so much about marketing my leadership training, facilitation and mentoring business. Roxanne and I began by strategically planning what we would do with my business and then moved into implementation. I learn best by actually doing any task whilst making notes as reminders! Roxanne set us up side by side (with our laptops) and the marketing lesson begins. I am much more confident in posting, blogging and connecting with my business contacts.
