Assist Community Services.
Grey and Grey case study.
Visual brand guidelines. Our creative team worked with Assist Community Services to select a colour palette, image bank, fonts, tone, language and more to create their Visual Brand Guidelines. This pdf file serves as a rule book for how to keep anything and everything on brand.
Often reserved for graphic designers, this document included further detail, so that the in-house administration and marketing staff could ensure they promote the brand in the same manner as a professional agency would. |
Strategic planning session.Roxanne worked closely with Aalden and his wife to develop a strategic marketing plan that reflects their business objectives. With the added value of brand positioning advice, we helped Assist Community services identify their current position in their industry and set success indicators for their business.

Image bank.To protect the privacy of the clients and staff who are part of the Assist Community Services network, stock images have been purchased to use for digital and print purposes.
This selection shows the typical images selected and purchased for the client with a warm, friendly tone - just like the service from Assist Community Services. |
Website. The Assist Community Services website was created using a responsive design, so it works easily on desktop computers, tablets and mobile devices. The content management system allows the client to add new content themselves. The news feature allows the client to publish articles that appeal to their target market.
In addition to meeting the needs of the company now, the site is designed to scale as the company grows, adding additional services easily and without fuss. The site included search engine optimisation (SEO) elements to ensure the company can be found online by its target market and community stakeholders. |
