The challenge.
Cooper Cricket is the other business of Rod Grey. Rod designs and manufactures cricket bats from his workshop in Brisbane and has enlisted the services of the Grey and Grey team to look after the brand positioning and strategic marketing for the business.

Visual identity.We designed a logo and full style guide to document the visual identity of Cooper Cricket. This includes colours, fonts, imagery examples, social media templates, email signature templates and more!

Strategic planning sessions.Roxanne facilitated strategic planning sessions with the team to create clarity around the business objectives and document the strategic marketing plan. This process included working through a variety of frameworks including SWOT, Porter's 5 Forces and more.

Website design.We designed and published an e-commerce website that is the front door to the business. This website includes search engine optimisation (SEO), mobile responsiveness, content management system and regular news publishing platform to aide the content marketing strategy.
