The challenge.
Mental Health Week is an annual week in October each year to celebrate mental health, reflect on the positives and good work done in the area, and of course, a time to bring focus onto what still is to be done. 3 community organisations came together to create 2 major events in north Queensland and approached us to assist with bringing these events to life.
Our solution.

Corporate event management.We booked keynote speaker Peter Sterling and guest speaker Murray Hurst to discuss rugby league, their own experience, and the importance of looking after yourself. This corporate events attracted a range of business leaders from the region and local media to cover the event. We managed the entire event including promotion and ticket sales. In addition, Roxanne Grey was the MC for the event.

Community event management.We worked with the 3 community sector clients, other community groups and a broad section of the community to develop a free community event. Part of the work undertaken by our team was to secure funding for the event through the Queensland Mental Health Commission. The community event included discussion from a broad section of the region and was moderated by Roxanne Grey.
