Grey and Grey case study.
Strategic planning session.Roxanne Grey worked with the senior leadership team at RMS to develop a clear company vision, articulate meaning values and clarify business goals. In addition to clarifying the over-arching strategic direction of the company, a subsequent session was held to develop the marketing and communications objectives and plans for RMS.

Capability statement.The capability statement for RMS was prepared as a printed document and as a pdf file for emailing and use on their website. We used photos from our photoshoot to showcase the impressive on site works of the company and our copywriter worked with the senior leadership team to craft words that demonstrated the capabilities and experience of the company.

Advertising.Advertisements for a range of printed publications were produced to keep brand consistency and further develop brand awareness in the marketplace.

Commercial photography.The photos taken at the workshop, the office and on multiple job sites were used to create an image bank for use on the website, capability statement, across case studies, within tenders, advertising and social media.

Website design.We developed a functional website for the RMS team to edit themselves. It includes search engine optimisation, auto-resizing from computer to tablet to phone screens, their video and a news publishing feature.
