The challenge.
The Friendlies Chemist has been trading in Townsville since 1881. The had been a member of a national buying group and trading under their name for a number of years before deciding to change buying groups, deliver further value for their members, and re-brand back to their original name; The Friendlies Chemist. We were approached to assist with this re-brand.
Our solution.
Stakeholder engagement.Roxanne Grey worked with the Board of Directors, leadership and staff to map out the re-brand project which included defining values, articulating strategic direction and creating the design brief.

Style guide.We created a comprehensive style guide including the new logo, colour palette, fonts, design elements, stationery design, advertisement templates and more.

Re-brand roll out.We designed and managed the re-brand roll out including signage design, stationery design and printing, traditional advertisement design, billboard design, and digital asset creation.

Image bank creation.We sourced a range of stock photography to be used through advertisements, social media and other applications, giving The Friendlies Chemist team access to professional images to promote their organisation.
